The BIG Choir is a vibrant and inclusive musical group open to all children and young people aged 5 to 14. This dynamic choir offers a unique opportunity for participants to explore their love of singing, make new friends, and perform in the local community. With a focus on fun and creativity, The BIG Choir empowers members to choose the songs they sing, ensuring that everyone feels a sense of ownership and excitement about the repertoire.
Our sessions are filled with joyful harmonies, lively rhythms, and the shared thrill of creating music together. We develop vocal skills, learn about musical expression, and experience the joy of collective singing. The BIG Choir is more than just a singing group; it's a community where young voices come together to create something beautiful and meaningful.
This summer, we are excited to kick off with a week-long 'summer choir' course, culminating in a performance at the Broomhouse Street Party. This local event provides a fantastic platform for our young singers to showcase their hard work and talent, spreading joy and music throughout the community.
The BIG Choir is committed to fostering a sense of belonging and confidence in every member. Whether a child is an experienced singer or just discovering their voice, they will find a welcoming and supportive environment where they can shine. Join us at The BIG Choir and be part of a musical journey that celebrates the power of young voices and the spirit of togetherness.
